Off the job training covers a broad range of floristry, sales and personal work skills.  These skills enable the trainee to become useful to the employer.  Areas of study include cut flower care, a large range of practical floristry skills, underpinning knowledge exploring the application of the elements and principles of design, product knowledge, point of sale systems and procedures, selling and customer service skills and ensuring safe working practices are upheld.
