Flowers Design School take every care when sending books and other purchases to customers. Flowers Design School do not accept any responsibility for incorrect address and or contact details. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all purchase information are accurate at the time of order.
Flowers Design School cannot guarantee the availability of books. Orders that cannot be fulfilled at the time of order will be placed on back order and the customer notified.
Customers have an option to cancel the back ordered item (s) at this point, but once acceptance of the back order status, orders cannot be cancelled.
Flowers Design School will notify enrolled students of any cancellations or changes to schedules relating to workshops and short courses. Every effort will be made on the part of Flowers Design School to offer a suitable alternative date / event or provide a refund where a suitable change to the scheduled event cannot be found.

All payment details such as Credit Card information will not be stored at Flowers Design School and therefore customers are required to lodge these payment details with every individual purchase / order.
RPL is an assessment process aimed at the recognition and acknowledgement of the competencies a candidate has obtained outside the formal training environment. Competencies may have been gained through informal training or work/life experiences. Rather than undertaking training, candidates may choose assessment via RPL. The RPL process requires an initial interview, a self evaluation and followed by the determined assessment criteria. Fees and charges apply and are available upon application.
