Purchasing Agreement and Terms & Conditions

H J Endall Holdings Pty Ltd t/a Flowers Design School list the following terms and conditions associated with the purchase of books, floristry sundries, course and workshop enrolments. Please read through these terms and conditions carefully.

• All prices listed are inclusive of GST (where applicable)
• Prices are subject to change from the date of this publication.
• We ask that you read the refund policy before making a purchase
• Flowers Design School does not accept responsibility for any lost mail or parcels
• Postage and handling charges listed relate to Australia Post Parcels and do not include registered mail or trackable parcels
• International mail – please contact the school for accurate postage fees and freight conditions

Refund / Exchange Policy

• All books being returned are given as a credit note, no cash back or refund options available
• Costs associated with returned books are at the customers’ expense
• Returns must be within 7 days of receipt and have proof of purchase
• All books returned must be in the original condition and damage free
• Replacement books will be subject to freight costs at the customer’s expense

• Workshop and short course enrolments will be only accepted with a completed enrolment form and nominated deposit
• Payment for all workshops and short courses must be made prior the event commencing
• There are no refunds, transfers or deferral options available on workshop and short course enrolments
• Additional terms and conditions as stated on the enrolment form apply

Disclaimers

Flowers Design School take every care when sending books and other purchases to customers.   Flowers Design School do not accept any responsibility for incorrect address and or contact details.  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all purchase information are accurate at the time of order.

Flowers Design School cannot guarantee the availability of books.  Orders that cannot be fulfilled at the time of order will be placed on back order and the customer notified.

Customers have an option to cancel the back ordered item (s) at this point, but once acceptance of the back order status, orders cannot be cancelled.

Flowers Design School will notify enrolled students of any cancellations or changes to schedules relating to workshops and short courses.   Every effort will be made on the part of Flowers Design School to offer a suitable alternative date / event or provide a refund where a suitable change to the scheduled event cannot be found.

Security of Data

Flowers Design School makes every effort to keep all personal customer details secure and will not publish nor share such information with any external source.  Online purchases are maintained using the acceptable encryption method (s) and SSL Certificate. 

All payment details such as Credit Card information will not be stored at Flowers Design School and therefore customers are required to lodge these payment details with every individual purchase / order.
