Jayne Endall

Jayne Endall is the principal and CEO of Flowers Design School, having joined the team in 2009.  Jayne is also part of the training and assessing team, holding her TAA in Workplace Training and Assessment qualification and a Diploma in Business Management.   Her working life  consists of over 25 years experience in small and medium businesses including the position of General Manager of a global company.  With her strong business acumen and continued professional development, Jayne is passionate about all facets of small business management and ownership and delivers relevant and up to date training pertinent to the floristry industry.    General Compliance , Human Resource Management and Corporate Governance are of special interest to Jayne and believes that every small business owner benefits tremendously from possessing sound knowledge and skills in these critical areas.

Her interests include reading (for enjoyment and professional) and photography (with a preference for macro work with insects and flowers as the subject).   Her life motto is Carpe Diem - which is latin for Seize the day!    This motto is certainly carried into the classroom environment where you will find full participation in many role plays, work-place scenarios and class activities.   Training in theory modules only,  Jayne believes that by bringing animation and real workplace scenarios into the classroom, students gain a deeper understanding of the course content and can practice their ability to apply their learnt skills and knowledge in a safe and positive classroom setting.
